Andrus leaves with tight hamstrings
MINNEAPOLIS -- Rangers shortstop Elvis Andrus left Saturday's game as a precautionary measure with tight hamstrings.
Andrus came out of the game in the fourth inning and was replaced by Cristian Guzman. The problem is not considered serious and Andrus is expected to be back in the lineup on Sunday.
Andrus was 0-for-2 after going 6-for-18 with two walks in the first four games of the road trip. He also had stolen bases in his two previous games after going 25 straight games without one.
