The Rangers are expected to go over three million in attendance during the upcoming homestand for the first time in club history. That level could be reached as early as Thursday against the Indians. Capital One will provide 40,000 Rangers T-shirts to fans on the night the club reaches three million fans, and other special activities are also planned. The Rangers enter the six-game homestand against the Indians and the Mariners having drawn 2,896,275 fans for the season. The club record is 2,946,949 set last year. Texas' average of 42,592 per date is the third best in the Majors behind the Phillies (44,150) and the Yankees (43,817).
