Both players, members of the organization's Rookie Dominican Summer League team, tested positive for Boldenone and the suspensions are effective immediately. Caraballo, 19, received a 50-game suspension. Munoz, a 21-year-old who was also suspended on Sept. 17 of last year, received a 100-game suspension for a second violation.
Caraballo was 2-1 with a 1.56 ERA in eight relief appearances this summer. Munoz was 3-2 with a 3.62 ERA in eight games (four starts).
