ARLINGTON -- The Rangers are 8-for-15 in challenging calls, with the most recent success coming Tuesday night in a matchup with the Tigers.

In the sixth inning, with former Ranger Ian Kinsler at the plate, Rajai Davis attempted to steal second base. He had singled to get on first. As Davis slid into second base and Rougned Odor applied the tag, Davis was originally called safe, though he appeared to overslide the bag. When the Rangers challenged it and the umpires took a further look, just over a minute later, the call was overturned.

Kinsler then grounded out, and Miguel Cabrera flied out to end the inning with the game tied at 1 heading into the bottom half of the frame.
