Miller is replacing Dave Fendrick, who is retiring after 15 years with Round Rock and 39 years in professional baseball. Fendrick and Miller worked with the Rangers from 1983-95. They both also played a significant role in helping Ryan-Sanders baseball turn the Round Rock Express into one of the top Minor League franchises in the game.
